Yoga for People with Arthritis Fundraiser
Join Cindy in a new six week Chair Yoga for Arthritis series. CINDY Senk M.ED -Arthritis exercise instructor and RYT-200. CINDY has 2 types of arthritis and has been a volunteer with the Arthritis Foundation for over 20 years.
Gentle movement such as Chair Yoga is recommended by the Arthritis Foundation to help joints stay strong, flexible and functional. Please join us in this 6-week series designed specifically for people with arthritis. Each class will be 45 minutes and we will practice in a chair. Some standing postures will be offered.
Class Dates: Oct 16, Oct 23, Oct 30, Nov 6, Nov 13, Nov 20 on Fridays @ 2:00P.M
This class will be offered live via Zoom and will also be recorded for viewing at your convenience.
