Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Join Laura Dromgold Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful Vinyasa flow, building strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. Whether you are just starting out, or an experienced yogi, there will be options for every level. As you are flowing from pose to pose there will be challenging variations for more advanced students, yet fun and non-intimidating options for newer students.
