Mindfulness Meditation with Lynne Hartwell

Mindfulness refers to being fully present to the everyday moments in your life. Being mindful means
paying full attention to each moment, in a gentle and nonjudgmental way which can help you see your life and face challenges in a different perspective. Meditation is an excellent way to slow down the mind and body, and to find peace, rest and relaxation that often is missing in our stressful lives.
Mindfulness Meditation is a simple and effective technique that is designed for those who are just beginning to meditate or for those who find it difficult to meditate.
In this class you will:
- Learn simple yet powerful ways to meditate that work.
- Understand how mindfulness can improve the quality of your life.
- Participate in a meditation that can help you overcome pain, loss, disappointment, frustration, sadness/depression and increase your ability to relax, heal and experience greater joy and happiness.
