Ashley Gladden - Hot Barre and Yoga
Hi, I’m Ashley! I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and have received my 200 hour YTT. I have also completed training from the Veterans Yoga Project for Mindful resilience for TBI and PTSD in 2016. My love for fitness goes beyond the physical aspect, As I aim to bring awareness to the importance of mental and emotional health. My focus is to guide students and deepen their practice through alignment principles, hands-on adjustments, aromatherapy and carefully selected playlists! Classes are uniquely designed that motivate, inspire, and allow you to challenge yourself! I hope you join me on the mat!
